Hi all ^__^.
Now i can tell you that new year resolutions are just not mean’t to be kept. With all that added pressure to be a “new better you” can just really just take you over the edge.
So me & Mr H made a list instead:
Instead of trying to juggle to much on our plates at once we’ve aloud ourselves a year to achieve all that is written down.
Heres my list. The key bit to this list is really simple. Although we have given ourselves a year, we don’t have to do it all at once. Just when the time is right or we feel like it. From rather huge goals to small ones like “clean out our closet”.
It just gives you a sense of satisfaction, with out the stress!
(It’s the only way to grab my attention, as i do tend to have a short attention span from time to time haha.)
